Terms of Use

These terms apply to The Real Room Season One, a free four-session series hosted by Christi Civalier through her Kajabi site and Zoom. By registering or participating, you agree to these terms and the published Privacy Policy.

Who the room is for

The Real Room is designed for adult enterprise sellers and sales leaders. It is not a service for children. You are responsible for deciding whether the room fits your needs and for providing accurate registration information.

Season One access

Registration may provide access to four one-time live Events, related service email, and a private Kajabi Course containing the live join area and approved private replays. Access is personal. Do not share a private meeting link, passcode, member link, login, or replay.

Season One is free. Registration does not create an obligation to buy a future offer, and no paid Inner Room path is included.

Recorded teaching and off-record discussion

We record about 30 minutes of Christi's opening teaching. Before coaching and group discussion begin, Nick stops every recorder and both Nick and Christi confirm recording is off. Camera and speaking are optional. We explain this again before recording starts.

During recorded teaching, participant chat, private-message capture, participant screen sharing, file transfer, automatic AI notes and other recorders are off. Participants stay muted. Please do not make your own recording or share another person's contribution.

Tell the host before recording starts if you do not want to be captured, or ask us to stop at any time. You do not have to explain why. We will prevent your capture. If we cannot do that reliably, we will stop recording. Declining does not exclude you from the room. Silence, attendance and camera state are not consent. Coaching and group discussion stay off record in every case.

Only the teaching replay reaches the private Kajabi library after full human review. We remove accidental, sensitive, declined or withdrawn identifiable material from the release copy and its captions, transcript, recap, thumbnails and other derivatives. Contact [email protected] for help or to request correction or removal of your own contribution. Include the session date and the part you mean without repeating sensitive details. We acknowledge the request and hold the affected material while we review it.

Public clips use Christi's checked teaching or a clean recap. A participant's identifiable contribution is used publicly only if that person separately approves one exact use in writing.

No online room can promise absolute confidentiality. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. This is educational group coaching, not therapy, medical care, emergency support or a promise of results.

You may not record the room or request local recording permission. You may not use a recorder, transcription service, meeting assistant, artificial-intelligence summary tool, screenshot process, or other method to capture another participant or the discussion.

Room conduct

Do not share another participant's identity, story, contact information, employer information, or comments outside the room. Do not sell to attendees, harass, discriminate, threaten, disrupt the room, or use the room to collect leads. The moderator may pause the room, mute or remove someone, deny admission, or end access to protect the group.

Educational and coaching limits

The Real Room provides general education, reflection, and coaching. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis care, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, employment advice, or a substitute for a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.

No result, sale, job outcome, relationship outcome, health outcome, business outcome, or future offer is promised. Examples and discussion are not guarantees. You remain responsible for your choices and actions.

Private questions and participant material

An optional private answer may be used to prepare and evaluate the program. Submitting it does not give permission to quote you, identify you, or use your answer in marketing. Do not submit confidential employer, client, legal, medical, or financial information that the room does not need.

Intellectual property and replay use

Christi's teaching, page copy, worksheets, and approved replays remain protected material. Registered members may use them privately for their own learning. They may not copy, post, sell, redistribute, publicly perform, train a commercial system on, or create a competing product from them without written permission.

A participant keeps ownership of their own words. Participation does not grant permission to publish or market with another participant's words or identity.

Kajabi and Zoom

The series uses Kajabi for registration, email, Events, the Offer, Course access, and private replays, and Zoom for the live rooms and the approved recording. Availability can be affected by those services, internet connections, devices, or security controls. Each service also applies its own terms and privacy practices.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and changes

Because Season One is free, there is no registration fee to refund. A session may be rescheduled, shortened, changed, or cancelled when the host cannot safely or reasonably run it. We will use the approved service route to provide updates; delivery depends on the available route and your communication preferences. For access or schedule help, contact [email protected]. A replacement session or continued access is not guaranteed.

The room format, moderator controls, private replay availability, or Course access may be changed or ended to protect participants, correct content, respond to a service problem, or close Season One.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the program or the services change. An updated version must be reviewed before it replaces the released version. The effective date will identify the current version.
