Privacy Policy
Effective: September 3, 2026.
This policy explains how information is handled for The Real Room Season One, a free four-session series hosted by Christi Civalier through her Kajabi site and Zoom.
Information collected
Registration collects your first name, email address, your required acknowledgment of the recording boundary, and your separate optional future-marketing choice. The services may also create records of registration, attendance, service emails, private replay access, Course activity, support requests, and basic technical information used to operate and protect the site.
If you choose to answer the private pre-room question or express interest in a future Inner Room, that answer is also collected. Do not include information you do not want the authorized operating team to review.
How information is used
- Provide the four sessions, service updates, access instructions, support, and private replays.
- Register you for the four one-time Events and provide the private Kajabi Course.
- Prepare the teaching and evaluate Season One using optional private answers.
- Protect the room, troubleshoot the services, and understand basic program use.
- Send future marketing only when you separately choose it, or when another valid marketing basis already applies.
Service email and optional marketing
Registration requests the four-session series, not future marketing. Leaving the optional marketing box unchecked does not add future-marketing permission. Kajabi treats Event reminders as marketing email. Unsubscribe and category choices can also affect automation, grant and product messages, so delivery is not guaranteed by registration alone. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe control. For access help, contact [email protected].
Kajabi and Zoom
Kajabi processes registration, email, Event, Offer, Course, and replay-access records used to provide the series. Zoom processes the live meetings and the teaching-only recording; coaching and discussion stay off record. Each service handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Recording and private replay
We record about 30 minutes of Christi's opening teaching. Before coaching and group discussion begin, Nick stops every recorder and both Nick and Christi confirm recording is off. Camera and speaking are optional. We explain this again before recording starts.
During recorded teaching, participant chat, private-message capture, participant screen sharing, file transfer, automatic AI notes and other recorders are off. Participants stay muted. Please do not make your own recording or share another person's contribution.
Tell the host before recording starts if you do not want to be captured, or ask us to stop at any time. You do not have to explain why. We will prevent your capture. If we cannot do that reliably, we will stop recording. Declining does not exclude you from the room. Silence, attendance and camera state are not consent. Coaching and group discussion stay off record in every case.
Only the teaching replay reaches the private Kajabi library after full human review. We remove accidental, sensitive, declined or withdrawn identifiable material from the release copy and its captions, transcript, recap, thumbnails and other derivatives. Contact [email protected] for help or to request correction or removal of your own contribution. Include the session date and the part you mean without repeating sensitive details. We acknowledge the request and hold the affected material while we review it.
Public clips use Christi's checked teaching or a clean recap. A participant's identifiable contribution is used publicly only if that person separately approves one exact use in writing.
The private replay is available only to registered members through Christi's Kajabi Course. It is not a public recording. An optional clean recap may be added only if it reveals no participant.
Optional answers and retention
An optional answer is used to prepare and evaluate the program. It is not permission to quote you, identify you, or use your answer in marketing. The authorized operating team reviews these records after Season One and keeps only what the business is permitted and needs to retain.
The raw Zoom teaching recording is kept only as long as the approved operating policy requires for review, correction, and preparation of the checked Kajabi copy. An approved private replay may remain available while The Real Room operates and the lesson remains appropriate.
Cookies and similar technology
The Kajabi site and services may use cookies or similar browser storage when present to operate sign-in, security, preferences, and basic measurement. Browser settings may limit this storage, but some site or member functions may then stop working.
Access, correction, and removal
To ask about access, correction, or removal, contact [email protected]. The request will be acknowledged while the exact record and the requested action are reviewed. Some information may need to be kept when required to provide the service, protect the room, resolve a dispute, or meet an applicable obligation.
Security
Reasonable access controls and service settings are used to protect information, but no website, email system, video service, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not forward a private meeting or member link.
Children
The Real Room is designed for adult sales professionals and leaders. It is not directed to children. Do not register a child or submit a child's information.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the program or the services change. An updated version must be reviewed before it replaces the released version. The effective date will identify the current version.
